We Weave Wire cloth in all specification, Meshes and apertures to comply with INDIAN and international standards. Our fabrication department is equipped with Most Modern Machinery to produce Wire cloth in various metals and as per customer’s specific requirement. We can produce Wire cloth from 1 Mesh to 500 Mesh up to 5 Microns, Meshes can be manufactured in various types of Weave and wire Dia i.e. Plain Weave, Twilled Weave, DUTCH Weave, LOCK CRIMPED .We have them all .We Weave our Wire Cloth/Mesh in rolls to particular lengths and width Maximum up to 3,000mtr wide.

Steel Wire Cloth can be provided from 1 Mesh to 500 Mesh up to 5 microns, we have them all. Meshes can be manufactured in various types of weaves and wires dia. Steel wire cloth can be supplied in various MOC: MS, GI. SS (All grades), Copper, Brass, Etc.

Following is a sample of the many weave types available with us. In general, the finer weaves are most often used In chemical, petrochemical and food processes, Plastic Industries, while the coarser weaves are used for sizing, dewatering, extruding or retaining operations.

Double Crimped or Plain Weave

A general purpose weave used most often for sizing, straining, and for baskets and assemblies used in heat-treating processes.

Twilled Weave

Permits small openings and increased strength because it permits larger diameter wire in a given mesh count.

Lock Crimp

A weave in which deep crimps in wires at points of intersection lock wires securely in place. Lock Crimp is excellent for trammels and vibrators because it keeps openings accurate to give uniform product sizing.

Twilled Double Dutch Weave

Similar to plain Dutch, but twilled weave permits compressing twice as many wires in the same area. The result is maximum density and a very smooth surface.

Plain Dutch Weave

A compact, firm cloth combining great strength with very small openings. Openings are triangular & at an angle, rather than straight through.
